TR Sports & Adventure was founded by Tim Ralph, a lifelong athlete, media professional, and adventure enthusiast who believes that sport has the power to transform lives — physically, mentally, and emotionally.What began as a passion for cycling, fitness, and outdoor exploration has evolved into a movement dedicated to inspiring healthy living, promoting adventure travel, and creating purpose-driven experiences. Through long-distance rides, fitness challenges, and cinematic storytelling, TR Sports & Adventure celebrates the strength of the human spirit and the beauty of discovery — whether on two wheels, a hiking trail, or behind a camera lens.A central pillar of the brand is the Ride For Life Initiative, created in partnership with the American Friends of Jamaica (AFJ) and the Jamaica Cancer Society (JCS). The Ride For Life series uses endurance cycling as a platform to raise awareness and critical funds for cancer care and prevention in Jamaica.The inspiration behind this mission comes from Tim’s late wife, Tomeka Ralph, whose courageous battle with breast cancer continues to inspire every ride. Since her passing in 2020, Tim has turned personal loss into purpose — completing major charity rides including Discover Jamaica by Bike and the MACC One Love Century in Atlanta, with the final leg, Kingston to Negril, set for October 18–20, 2025 (Heroes Weekend).Beyond the rides, TR Sports & Adventure is about living fully — combining fitness, travel, and the outdoors into a lifestyle that empowers others to move, explore, and give back.
